It depends on the activity in the respective offices however the submission process is generally about 10 minutes once it is our turn.
The law requires you to be on the island at least 24 hours prior to making application. Please note that weekend weddings should be on island by Wednesday.

At this time, a marriage in the Bahamas is accepted/recognized as legal in all countries. A certified copy is included in all packages.  Apostiles (European Nations) are available at an additional cost.

If you select a wedding package, the cost for the license and other related documents are included. If we are creating a package for you, the fee will be listed individually.

At this time, the Bahamas does not require either a blood test or medical examination.


Limousine and Bus transportation is part of the service we will arrange for you if you elect to have it. There are also taxis available at most hotels.
Most brides get dressed at their hotel or in their ship cabin. In rare cases, brides choose to have a half-day or day room at the location site if it is available. Only a few of our locations provide a room for dressing.
Yes, we certainly have facilities in Nassau that can take “care” of your wedding attire.
There are several stores available for complete rental attire. Please allow sufficient time to make these arrangements
Yes, We will be with you throughout the ceremony to assure that everything goes according to plan unless you opt for omitting this service from your package.
In the event of rain or other weather unforeseen weather conditions. a back up room is usually provided. When a public beach is being used, back up facilities are normally not available on site but rooms can be reserved nearby at additional charges.
Absolutely. Our services can include a professional hair stylist and/or make-up artist to come to your room.
Certainly. Our professional photographers are booked on an hourly basis and will capture any part of your special day that you request.
Yes. We can provide you with a copy of the Minister/Justice of the Peace ceremony. They are all happy to work with you to provide a ceremony that you are happy and comfortable with.


Yes. Our goal is to make your events in our country as stress free and as wonderful as possible. Although planning of a reception and/or rehearsal dinner is not part of most packages, it is a service we are happy to provide. We will work with you to understand and create the event you desire. We are also happy to assist with tours and other local activities.

A coordinator will be present throughout your cocktail hour and until you and your guests are seated comfortably.  At this time the location staff normally take over. If you would like to have a coordinator present throughout the reception to look after the entire affair, we are happy to do so for an additional charge.

Yes, however bringing them into the country you may be required to pay a custom duty charge. We are happy to assist you with providing you with these items locally where possible.
Yes, however you will be required to pay the necessary work permits for them. We do provide a wide range of professional entertainment services locally and encourage the support of our local vendors..
