Last week I finally kicked off my year of business. It was a most rewarding week, and reminded me why I started Amour Affairs and why I love my work. I was lucky enough to have 3 wonderful and beautiful couples, and the reward was 3 happy couples.
On Wednesday, Dawn and Matt from Florida exchanged their vows in front of their very happy and wonderful families. The love and respect between the family members and friends was obvious and such a treat for me as a planner. Dawn’s happiness was obvious.
Thursday was a small group from NCL cruise lines. The bride, originally from Argentina, showed their obvious love and joy to be getting married. The weather was beautiful and so were they
My final couple was a true honor. My couple contacted me a week prior and said they were coming and wondered if it would be easy for them (from Germany) to plan to get married. They contacted me on Tuesday to say they would be arriving on Wednesday and in fact arrived on site while I was taking care of Dawn and Matt. On Saturday, they exchanged their vows. Dress and tux had been rented, parents were skyped in to watch the ceremony from Germany, and the emotions flowed. It was beautiful and an honor for Amour Affairs to be a part of such a meaningful time.
The reward is their happiness. Thanks to all 3 couples for allowing us to be a part of your day!
